Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking an experienced engineer to lead system architecture for UAV upgrades and integration across vehicle platforms. You will design concepts, layout interfaces, and work with multidisciplinary teams to advance Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from concept to field-ready hardware.

The role demands 7–10 years in related fields, deep knowledge of systems engineering and control theory, and the ability to travel for testing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in system architecture and integration.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines.
• Proven track record from concept to hardware-ready design.
• Hands-on build and prototyping of robotic/aircraft systems.
• Willingness to travel and obtain US Top Secret clearance.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize system architecture for upgrades and enhancements to UAVs.
• Design small drone concepts including sizing, performance and prototyping.
• Lay out interfaces for new UAV products and platforms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout UAV design and integration.
• Lead test planning for critical subsystems and vehicle-level testing.
• Develop interface controls for hardware, software and payload integration.
• Analyze vehicle data to identify trends and predict failures.
• Support build and benchtop testing of new systems.
• Conduct hands-on UAV testing with travel as required.
