Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design and develop complex airframe structures and subsystems for unmanned aerial platforms. The role focuses on manufacturability, performance, and readiness across prototype and production stages.

You will lead multidisciplinary collaboration, provide technical leadership in design reviews, and mentor junior engineers while delivering high‑quality engineering solutions within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years in mechanical engineering, preferably UAV/aerospace.
• Proficient in CAD tools and able to lead subsystem development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of airframe structures, subsystems, and tooling across prototype and production stages.
• Architect workflows, drawings, and analyses to ensure manufacturability and performance.
• Provide technical direction during design reviews and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Lead integration of airframe structures and subsystems across design, test, and production.
• Define validation strategies and oversee structural and system-level tests.
