Job summary

Novalink Solutions is seeking a Senior UAT & Business Analyst responsible for leading UAT, test strategy development, and QA coordination across CAPS systems and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, BSOs, developers, vendors, and testing teams to ensure delivery and release readiness. A strong background in manual and automated testing, regression optimization, and requirements management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in JAR and JAD sessions to support requirements gathering, solution validation, and testing readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, BSOs, vendors, technical teams, and project managers to analyze, document, refine, and validate requirements.
• Serve as a contributor performing both Business Analyst and UAT responsibilities based on project needs.
• Develop and maintain UAT strategies, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Review requirements and designs to ensure complete risk-based test coverage.
• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for various testing types.
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities across projects, including test execution and release readiness support.
• Partner with vendors for SIT and Unit Testing to align testing efforts.
• Manage testing timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Facilitate walkthroughs and knowledge-sharing sessions to clarify expectations and testing goals.
• Manage full defect lifecycle and communicate metrics to leadership.
• Analyze and enhance regression suites to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual testing and improve quality.
• Support post-implementation validation and QA/UAT best practices.
