The senior BA will lead UAT, define test strategies, and coordinate QA across CAPS systems for a 12+ month engagement. The role blends hands‑on BA work with UAT leadership, requiring strong experience in test automation, regression, data validation, and collaboration with vendors and end users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA/UAT/BA roles supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience with test automation strategy and transitioning manual tests.
• Proficient in developing test scenarios, scripts, and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT activities and test strategy development across CAPS systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, BSOs, vendors, and project managers.
• Perform both BA and UAT responsibilities as needed.
• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
• Coordinate defect lifecycle and release readiness activities.
• Track testing metrics, risks, and progress for leadership.
• Drive regression test optimization and automation initiatives.
• Support post-implementation validation and QA best practices.
