Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Senior UAT & Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA to lead UAT and business analysis activities, ensuring systems meet business requirements and policy standards.

You will bridge gaps between business stakeholders, developers, and testing teams to deliver successful solutions, including test strategy development and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), UAT, and/or Business Analysis roles.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in test automation and strategy development.
  • Strong experience in developing test strategies, test cases, and executing various testing types.
  • Experience with QA and test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft reporting and analytics tools including Power BI.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions for Change Requests (CRs) and Maintenance & Operations (M&O) initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, Business System Owners (BSOs), vendors, and technical teams to analyze and validate business and functional requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for various testing activities.
  • Lead and coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, issue tracking, and release readiness support.
  • Partner with vendors to improve testing alignment and strengthen quality coverage.
  • Facilitate requirements walkthroughs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and testing reviews.
  • Manage the full defect lifecycle and communicate testing metrics and results to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and enhance existing regression test suites to improve testing efficiency.
  • Lead test automation initiatives and support post-implementation validation and continuous process improvement.

The Child and Protective Care Services division (CAPS) is seeking a skilled professional for a Senior UAT & Business Analyst role in Atlanta, GA.
