Job summary

You’ll run testing with hands-on involvement in data, APIs and test libraries, coordinating across bank and vendor teams to ensure quality across core, digital banking and payments integrations.

You'll chair weekly triage, publish dashboards, and provide go/no-go recommendations to executives with risk readouts grounded in test evidence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing for digital banking launches or migrations (retail and business).
• Experience with bank core conversions (mock conversions to go-live).
• 10+ years in testing, 5+ years leading bank/test programs.

Responsibilities

• Write a unified test strategy across core, digital banking, payments and integrations.
• Maintain master test calendar aligned to milestones and releases.
• Govern test quality gates, triage, vendor tracking and RAID log escalation.
• Create inventory of test scenarios and coverages with leadership.
• Run a single defect process across all workstreams and vendors; chair weekly triage.
