Job summary

BRMi is seeking an experienced UAT Analyst to support system enhancements, software releases, issue resolution, and business initiatives within a Fraud Systems team.

The role blends manual testing with automation-assisted testing, developing detailed test cases, data preparation, and validation of outcomes. This six-month contract offers a hybrid work arrangement at the Vienna, VA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in user acceptance testing, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
• Experience developing and executing UAT plans and test scenarios.
• Strong hands-on experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience in Agile/project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT plans, test cases, test scripts, and supporting testing documentation.
• Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for test coverage.
• Create detailed, repeatable test cases with preconditions, data, and expected results.
• Configure and maintain test accounts and data for UAT execution.
• Perform manual UAT including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute testing for system enhancements, releases, defects, and initiatives.
• Develop reusable test cases and assets for future automation.
• Review automation evidence and validate outcomes against requirements.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, data, and defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and automation engineers throughout testing lifecycle.
• Support release readiness, defect triage, and post-implementation validation.
• Maintain testing documentation per governance and compliance requirements.
