Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced User Acceptance Testing Analyst for a 6-month hybrid role in Vienna, VA. You will support UAT for system enhancements, releases, issue resolution, and business initiatives, blending manual and automation-assisted testing, with responsibility for validation and evidence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 5–10 years of UAT, QA, or related testing experience.
• Experience developing and executing UAT plans, cases, scripts, and scenarios.
• Hands‑on experience with functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios and conditions.
• Experience creating and conditioning test accounts and data.
• Ability to troubleshoot test data issues and ensure coverage.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience in Agile environments supporting multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UAT plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Review requirements and acceptance criteria to ensure test coverage.
• Create comprehensive, repeatable test cases with preconditions and data.
• Condition test accounts and data to execute UAT scenarios.
• Troubleshoot test-account and test-data issues.
• Perform hands‑on manual UAT including functional, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Execute testing for changes, releases, and defect resolutions.
• Develop reusable test assets for automation readiness.
• Review automation evidence and validate results against requirements.
• Determine test disposition (Pass/Fail/Blocked).
• Conduct additional manual validation when needed.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, tests, data, results, and defects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams through testing lifecycle.
• Support release readiness and post‑implementation validation.
• Maintain testing evidence in line with governance and compliance.
