Job summary

Precise Systems seeks a Senior UAS Electronics Technician to support our SOCOM customer within the NSWC Crane Expeditionary Electromagnetic Warfare Division. The role maintains, builds, configures, tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and manages small UAS and related equipment.

This in-person position requires travel for test events and spans inventory accountability, parts planning, and schedule management to meet mission requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; electronics/aviation training preferred.
• 10+ years hands-on experience with electronics, unmanned systems, or military tech.
• Experience using test equipment, schematics, and maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain UAS assets, inventory, and supplies for MXQW.
• Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, and repair SUT platforms.
• Perform diagnostics on electrical, RF, power, control, and mechanical subsystems.
• Coordinate assembly, kitting, labeling for testing and fielding.
• Develop buy lists for parts and manage schedules to support events.
• Document maintenance actions and support test events as required.
