Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and have Secret Clearance to start.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and Windchill (EPDM).
• Experience conducting CFD or other aerodynamic flow analysis.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on integration experience.
• Familiarity with 3D printing and additive manufacturing techniques.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Background or interest in UAVs/UAS.
• Project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify CAD models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.
• Perform CFD and flow analysis to support aerodynamic design.
• Manage design files and workflows.
• Support aerodynamic design, analysis and testing of UAS components and systems.
• Assist in the creation of documentation, manuals, and technical materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support system-level integration.
• Participate in planning and coordination efforts across multiple projects.
