Qualifications

• Requires advanced systems engineering experience on unmanned or autonomous defense systems.
• Extensive additive manufacturing expertise for UAS platforms including materials and processes.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition, cybersecurity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for additive manufactured unmanned system development programs from concept through deployment.
• Serve as technical authority for system architecture, design trade studies, integration strategies, and risk management.
• Develop and maintain technical roadmaps aligned with defense customer needs and evolving requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, embedded software, autonomy, and C2 systems.
