Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6+ years of direct single-stock research covering U.S. equities.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, forecast, and value equities.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. large-cap universe with rapid research depth.
• Proven ability to independently generate, pitch, and defend ideas to senior investors.
• Strong investment writing; communicate theses, valuations, and risks clearly.
• Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills for advisors and clients.
• Creativity, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal direction.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
• Experience using AI tools to scale research with appropriate oversight.
• Bachelor’s Degree and CFA designation required.
