You will bring 15+ years of senior leadership in turnarounds, demonstrated creditor negotiation skills, and a proven record of managing liquidity under constraint in manufacturing

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior operating or financial leadership with turnaround accountability.
• Multiple distressed engagements completed; not a first turnaround.
• Proven liquidity management under constraint.
• Experience negotiating forbearance, amendments, and refinancing with lenders.
• Ability to evaluate plant viability from a manufacturing perspective.
• Calm, decisive leadership in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee immediate liquidity management and cash conservation.
• Manage 13-week cash flow as primary operating instrument.
• Negotiate with lenders, creditors, and stakeholders; communicate updates.
• Analyze product lines and profitability for divestiture or closure decisions.
• Lead cost-structure reduction, including headcount and footprint actions.
• Oversee debt restructuring, forbearance, and amendments negotiation.
• Plan contingencies including 363 sales or Chapter 11 preparation.
• Report to the board, sponsors, and lenders under scrutiny.
