Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of work experience in consulting or professional services.
• Expertise in financial modeling and analysis (Excel), including 3-statement models, cash flows, scenario analyses.
• Ability to manage large volumes of financial data and derive insights.
• Strong written and oral communication with junior and senior stakeholders.
• CFA, CPA, or GAAP accounting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support BRG Corporate Finance – Turnaround & Restructuring client service teams.
• Manage junior team on tasks across engagements, including modeling and client presentations.
• Develop 13-week cash flow, three-statement models, and pro-forma scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to achieve engagement objectives.
• Contribute to marketing, client pitches, and practice development.
