Qualifications

• 7+ years tunneling or underground construction experience.
• Strong microtunneling experience highly preferred.
• Experience supervising tunneling crews and field leadership.
• Understanding of pipe jacking, shaft construction, and trenchless methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations for microtunneling and trenchless projects.
• Coordinate MTBM setup, launch, operation, and demobilization.
• Supervise tunneling crews and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor production, safety, and quality to meet project plans.
• Coordinate with survey, engineering, and project management teams.
• Prepare daily reports and field documentation.
