The Bachrach Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for construction projects in Houston, TX. This role involves substantial site visits, overseeing large tunnel and underground construction contracts, and ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Candidates should have a B.S. in Engineering with 7+ years of related experience and at least 2+ years in a PM role managing contracts of $10M+. Strong organizational and reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a project manager role with a contract value of $10M+.
• Combination of office and regular site visits.
• Must have microtunneling, trenchless, jack and bore, open face or conventional tunneling.
• Projects include trenchless/underground construction including heavy construction.
• (site-work, roads, bridges, environmental, support of excavation, foundations, piles, sanitary sewers or sewer wastewater treatment plants)
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with excellent initiative and follow through.
• Responsible for site safety and reporting, ensure OSHA standards are followed and training
• Process change orders, estimates and submissions for payments
• Accurately report payroll and equipment needs, maintain petty cash, forecasting and scheduling
• Supervise and plan, maintain records and ensure the overall project quality and profitability

Responsibilities
