Curtin Maritime is seeking Experienced Dredge Tugboat Captains (Captain I–III) to lead towing operations nationwide. You will work directly with the Port Captain, upholding Curtin’s core values of Innovation, Integrity, and Efficiency while ensuring safe, efficient voyages and crew performance.

The role requires mastery of towing vessels near coastal with appropriate licenses, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor crews across multiple hitches.

Formación

• Master towing vessel near coastal license or equivalent
• Passport and VSO required
• Oceans endorsement and STCW certifications required
• TOAR endorsement preferred for near coastal operations

Responsabilidades

• Lead as Captain I–III on inland and coastwise towing operations.
• Plan voyages, manage crew, and ensure Curtin Standard compliance.
• Mentor and coach crew; conduct evaluations and performance reviews.
• Maintain vessel readiness and safety through effective leadership and training.
