Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and five or more years' experience in a compliance or audit focused role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Strong leadership, organizational skills, team player, and detail oriented.
Self-starter with ability to independently organize work projects to conduct research, analyze data, interpret and present results in a concise format.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepares the monthly compilation and filing of MNBP Tax Claims for BFB and JDB with approx. $1.375M annual excise tax reimbursement.
Monthly review of tax paid goods exported; prepare and submit TTB export drawback claims.
Prepares and submits Return to Bond Claims to TTB for tax paid goods.
Performs monthly internal TTB audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Assists in preparing TTB monthly operational reports and amendments to TTB registrations for KY operations.
Develops proposed variances and notifies TTB of finished goods inventories.
