Job summary

KBR is seeking a Network Engineer in Virginia to design, deploy and sustain secure network solutions for mission-critical operations. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, a bachelor's degree, and 15 years of relevant experience.

You will work with Cisco-based networks and commercial networking technologies in a team environment. The position is on-site with standard hours and potential additional compensation as per internal policy.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 15 years relevant experience.
• Experience developing, deploying, or maintaining network solutions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network implementation and deployment concepts.
• Recent experience building, deploying, or maintaining Cisco-based networks.
• Experience with commercial networking technologies and COTS solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, engineer, and deploy technical network solutions to meet defined system and customer requirements.
• Implement and maintain network infrastructure in accordance with technical standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with team members to support evolving network requirements.
• Support network implementation, integration, testing, and deployment activities in operational environments.
• Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues and support resolution efforts.
