citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and hands-on Jira expertise. Candidates bring at least five years of Agile program management experience, experience scaling Agile across multiple teams, and

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated program management experience leading Agile teams or managing cross-functional, capacity-based professional services contracts.
• Experience scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Direct experience with Agile management tools, specifically Jira
• Must possess a current, recognized advanced Agile-specific credential.

Responsibilities

• Proven, hands-on experience utilizing enterprise Agile management tools (Jira at a minimum) to track capacity, manage backlog workflows, forecast delivery velocity, and generate flow metrics and dashboards.
• Leads the overall contract effort as well as interface with Government leadership.
• Demonstrate an Agile culture of continuous improvement, evidenced by measurable Agile adoption metrics and the proactive identification of inefficiencies.
