• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Trusts & Estates.
• Experience with complex estate and trust administration and fiduciary tax matters.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proven success in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with tax and trust accounting software.
• Significant client case management experience.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for a full range of estate administration matters and assisting attorneys in administering estates.
• Prepare Estate Tax Returns and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns.
• Maintain and reconcile trust financial records and accounts.
• Draft probate pleadings and handle probate administration.
• Manage client contact and work to meet annual billable hour targets (1600 hours).
• Learn and implement new AI tools and technologies as needed.
• Organize and manage files and supervise similar tasks as required.

Ausbildung

Two-year degree

Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate (ABA approved)
