Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Trusts & Estates Tax Professional to support estate administration, funding post-death irrevocable trusts, and fiduciary tax matters across the Firm’s offices.

The role emphasizes preparing tax returns, maintaining trust records, and client case management, with a focus on high-quality service and compliance. Open in any office, but St. Louis, MO or Phoenix, AZ is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Trusts & Estates and related fiduciary tax matters.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved program preferred; significant related experience may be considered.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Estate Tax Returns and Fiduciary Income Tax Returns.
• Maintain financial records of trusts; perform trust accounting; audit accounts.
• Maintain G/L and reconcile broker statements; prepare payables and bank deposits.
