Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected Houston law firm to identify an experienced Trusts & Estates Litigation Paralegal. This role focuses on probate, estate planning, trust administration, guardianship, and related litigation matters.

Responsibilities include managing matters from start to finish, drafting pleadings, coordinating depositions and hearings, and maintaining calendars. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of probate, estate planning, trust administration, and litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle.
• Experience with court filings, discovery, and case management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate, trust administration, and estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, court filings, and estate administration documents.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain case calendars, dockets, and deadlines.
• Prepare trust and estate accountings and related documentation.
