Musick, Peeler & Garrett LLP, a leading California-based law firm, seeks a trusts & estates attorney with 5+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience to join our Westlake Village team serving clients throughout Ventura County.

You will work closely with seasoned partners on sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and related business matters, with opportunities for long-term client relationships and leadership within the practice.

Qualifikationen

• JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of estate planning and trust administration.
• Established professional and community connections within Ventura County.

Aufgaben

• Estate planning, trust administration, and family wealth planning.
• Corporate and transactional matters, including LLC formations, contracts, real estate, and general counsel services.
• Long-term family wealth and succession planning, including business purchases and sales and related business law matters.
• Serving as outside counsel to prominent Ventura County nonprofits and foundations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, with an interest in a long-term opportunity to grow within an established practice.
