Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in trust and estate matters, business formation, and related areas.
• Experience with high-net-worth estate planning and complex strategies.
• Active attorney license in states the firm operates in.
• Strong written and oral communication, initiative and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on estate planning, business formation, and related areas.
• Draft trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and business succession documents.
• Draft sophisticated estate and tax planning documents (SLATs, IDGTs, charitable trusts).
• Help clients implement strategies to protect and preserve assets.
• Comply with client and firm SOPs and conduct legal and tax research.
