Job summary

Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC in Akron, Ohio, seeks an experienced estate planning attorney with 8–12 years in private practice to serve high-net-worth clients and their families.

You will collaborate with veteran attorneys, draft sophisticated documents, perform in-depth research, and contribute to continuing a tradition of excellent client service within a full‑service firm offering competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Estate planning experience with high-net-worth individuals and their families.
• Experience with Federal Estate Tax.
• Trusts and Estates Administration experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills including document drafting, research, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients of veteran attorneys and uphold our tradition of excellent client service.
• Draft complex estate planning documents and related instruments.
• Perform legal research and writing to support client matters.

We are seeking an estate planning attorney with eight to twelve years of experience who will service clients of our veteran attorneys ready to entrust their notable clients to well respected practitioners and continue our tradition of providing excellent client service.

We Require:

• Estate planning experience. Preferred experience is with high-net-worth individuals, their families, and their businesses.
• Experience with Federal Estate Tax.
• Trusts and Estates Administration experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills including document drafting, research, and writing.
