Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, a distinguished estate planning law firm, seeks an attorney with 8–12 years of estate planning experience to service clients of our veteran attorneys and continue our tradition of excellent client service.

The role requires strong drafting, research, and writing skills, with experience in federal estate tax and trusts/estates administration. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and work with high-net-worth clients and families.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of estate planning experience.
• Experience with Federal Estate Tax.
• Trusts and Estates Administration experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills including document drafting, research, and writing.
• Strong work ethics both independently and in a practice group.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients of veteran attorneys and manage high-net-worth estates.
• Draft and review estate planning documents and related filings.
• Conduct legal research and write memos as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and associates to deliver top-tier service.

We are seeking an estate planning attorney with eight to twelve years of experience who will service clients of our veteran attorneys ready to entrust their notableclients to wellrespected practitioners and continue our tradition of providing excellent client service.

We Require:

• Estate planning experience. Preferred experience is with high-net-worth individuals, their families, and their businesses.
• Experience with Federal Estate Tax.
• Trusts and Estates Administration experience.
• Excellent people and communication skills including document drafting, research, and writing.
• Strong work ethics both independently and in practice group environment.
