Qualifications

• JD required andLicensed to practice in one or more jurisdictions where Firm does business.
• 5+ years of experience in complex estate, tax and wealth planning.
• Prior law firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-level and strategic aspects of multiple matters from inception to conclusion.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with attorneys and clients.
• Work independently and proactively to advance a career in Corporate Services.
• Produce quality legal work and bill the appropriate hours to ensure client service.
• Contribute to business development or firm initiatives as appropriate.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.
