First Horizon Bank is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex trusts and estate accounts, while growing business with existing clients and new opportunities in the Florida region. You will advise clients on trust needs, coordinate with teams, and drive wealth management solutions.

The role emphasizes client profitability, risk management, and proactive service, with travel as needed to meet clients and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 6-8 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex and large trusts and estate accounts while developing long-term client relationships.
• Contact prospects to generate appointment activity within the geographic area.
• Meet with and advise customers or prospects to define needs for trust and estate accounts.
• Recommend product strategies to maximize client return while considering risk tolerance and account type implications.
• Collaborate with other relationship managers to refer prospects for personal trust, life insurance, or wealth services.
• Conduct annual reviews and adjust plans to retain and grow client relationships.
• Coordinate internal/external service to resolve client requests.
• Monitor client profitability, cross-sell plans, risk, compliance, and provide wealth management consultation.
• Complete required compliance and regulatory trainings by due date.
• Travel to meet clients as needed for revenue opportunities or servicing requirements.
