BECU Trust Services is seeking an experienced Sr. Trust Officer to guide fiduciary clients through complex estate, trust, and investment matters. You will build lasting relationships, administer accounts, and ensure compliance while delivering thoughtful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field (BA/BS).
• Ten years of experience in trust, estate planning, administration, investments, and business development.
• CTFA certification or Trust Certificate desired; continuing education encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Administer personal trust and estate accounts, including various trust structures and agency accounts.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships, and identify opportunities for engagement.
• Uphold fiduciary responsibilities and ensure regulatory compliance across processes.
• Collaborate with Investment Officers to set objectives, risk tolerances, and strategies.
• Leverage trust and estate knowledge to support clients and beneficiaries.
• Deliver Concierge and specialized services to enhance client experience with Trust Services.
• Explain Trust Services' investment philosophy and processes to clients.
• Drive business growth through internal partnerships, networking, and referrals.
• Consult with prospective clients to understand goals and tailor services.
• Interpret governing documents, maintain records, and ensure accurate administration.
• Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and tax professionals on fiduciary matters.
• Administer retirement and investment accounts and support real estate trust relationships.
• Educate and advocate through seminars and community engagement.
