BECU Trust Services seeks a Senior Trust Officer to guide clients through complex fiduciary matters, focusing on trust, estate planning, and investments. The role emphasizes fiduciary care and thoughtful solutions while building lasting client relationships.

You will collaborate with attorneys, tax professionals, and other advisors to support beneficiaries and advance wealth planning objectives within a hybrid work model at the Tukwila headquarters.

Formación

• Minimum ten years of experience in trust, estate planning, administration, investments, and business development.
• CTFA certificate or Trust Certificate preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Fiduciary Administration: administer trust and estate accounts with fiduciary care.
• Build trusted client relationships and deepen engagement with Trust Services.
• Ensure regulatory and fiduciary compliance with policies and standards.
• Partner on investment strategies with Investment Officers.
• Apply trust and estate knowledge to support clients and beneficiaries.
• Deliver concierge and specialized services for clients.
• Communicate investment philosophy and process to clients.
• Drive business growth through internal and external referrals.
