Job summary

BECU Trust Services is seeking a Sr. Trust Officer to lead fiduciary administration for diverse trust and estate accounts, guiding clients through complex fiduciary matters with expertise and care.

You will collaborate with Investment Officers and professional advisors to align strategies with clients’ goals, while delivering concierge services and ensuring regulatory compliance in a hybrid work arrangement from Tukwila headquarters.

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum ten years of experience in trust, estate planning, administration, investments, and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer personal trust and estate accounts including Testamentary and Intervivos Trusts and other fiduciary accounts.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive guidance to deepen engagement with Trust Services.
• Ensure fiduciary compliance and collaborate with attorneys, tax professionals, and other advisors.
