Job summary

About the Opportunity

A Global Bank and Financial Services Group is looking for a trust professional with 10+ years' experience having experience with Trust Administration; Regulatory Compliance; and Wealth Management for a 24 month engagement.

The work will involve overseeing a portfolio of complex trust and estate relationships, ensuring alignment with governing documents, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving end to end fiduciary operations across account administration, stakeholder coordination, and oversight activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and administering complex trust and estate accounts in accordance with governing documents and regulations
  • Reviewing and interpreting trust agreements, structures, and account activity to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Leading day to day fiduciary operations, including client communications and discretionary decision support
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel on onboarding, maintenance, and account closures
  • Supporting regulatory reviews and oversight processes, including documentation, reporting, and committee participation
Required Experience
  • Required Qualifications Include: CTFA Certification, Masters Degree in related field (JD acceptable), completion of all trust school levels of ABA/Cannon, or 10-15 years of fiduciary trust experience that has provided training equivalent to formal training.
