Responsabilités

• Oversee all assigned trust-owned real estate assets, including residential, rental, commercial, farmland and mineral interests.
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate risk; manage tax and insurance; coordinate property maintenance and contractor engagement.
• Present recommendations to Real Estate Trust Investment Committee and/or Special Assets Committee and liaise with internal and external partners.
