Job summary

PNC seeks a Trust Real Estate Advisor III to manage complex energy and mineral assets held in trusts and estates within the Asset Management Group. You will oversee fiduciary obligations, asset strategy, and risk management while collaborating with trust officers, attorneys, and engineers.

Responsibilities include administering oil, gas leases, title matters, and asset development opportunities; analyzing revenues, valuations, and operator activity to protect and maximize value.

Qualifications

• Experience in oil and gas, mineral management, and fiduciary asset management.
• Knowledge of oil and gas leases, title matters, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned trust real estate assets including oil, gas, mineral interests and related properties.
• Ensure fiduciary compliance with policies; manage leases, division orders, and development opportunities.
• Review title, ownership, contracts; analyze revenues, taxes, and operator activity to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Prepare client reports and presentations; present findings to committees.
