Community Financial System, Inc. is seeking a Trust Officer III to develop, service, and administer complex fiduciary accounts. The role demands handling estates, trusts, and varied asset types while complying with laws and internal policies.

You will build client relationships, coordinate with Wealth Management, and supervise staff. Required are a JD/ CTFA/ CFP or related degree plus several years in trust work.

Formación

• J.D., CTFA, CFP®, MBA, or Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze agreements and legal documents to determine purpose, obligations and tax requirements.
• Communicate with clients and beneficiaries, document communications, and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate, organized files and up-to-date trust accounting data.
• Perform annual administrative reviews and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Develop business with Wealth Management and cross-selling opportunities.
• Supervise staff and provide guidance and training.
