You will anticipate client needs, communicate clearly, and ensure service standards are met while maintaining compliance with fiduciary duties and applicable laws.

The role emphasizes relationship management, investment guidance when needed, and collaboration with internal teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 10 years of technical trust and planning experience.
• CTFA or CFP designation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships to increase revenue from assigned book of accounts through quality client service.
• Ensure fiduciary administration per wills, trusts, and related documents along with applicable laws and policies.
• Provide investment management guidance and portfolio updates when no Portfolio Manager is assigned.
