Responsibilities

• Focuses on administering and growing Trust, Investment Agency and Custody accounts for high net-worth clients.
• Participates in management level committees and collaborates with Portfolio Managers and Wealth Advisors.
• Analyses and executes Trust accounts per legal instruments with fiduciary duties in mind.
• Communicates with clients and third-party service providers to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Prepares and presents financial reports to clients with trust status updates.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal fiduciary procedures.
• Conducts regular reviews to ensure proper administration and issue resolution.
• Develops partnerships with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
