Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice on complex trust and estate planning matters.
• Draft, review, and interpret wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Represent fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate, trust administration, and estate tax work.
• Handle trust and estate litigation, including will and trust contests.
