Jobot is seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join our client’s growing team in Huntingdon Valley, PA. The ideal candidate will have a JD, PA admission, and at least three years in estate planning and administration, including complex drafting, trust funding, probate filings, and fiduciary guidance.

You will draft sophisticated estate planning documents, advise high-net-worth individuals on wealth preservation and tax planning, manage trust administration and tax filings, and

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in estate planning and administration.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills and trusts.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals on wealth preservation and tax planning.
• Handle trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and tax filings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, accountants, and financial advisors.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on tax laws affecting estates.
