Job summary

Cox Fleet in Medley, FL seeks a Sr Truck Body Shop Technician to join our Field Maintenance Team on-site. You will perform advanced panel and bumper replacement, heavy wreck repairs, structural frame work, welding, and electrical wiring tasks to keep fleets on the road.

Collaborate with Shop Manager, Service Writer, and Parts to source correct components; maintain safety, document work orders in Karmak, and meet quality standards. Weekly pay and robust benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related field experience.
• DOT medical card/qualification per FMCSA rules preferred or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Karmak and basic repair tools; strong safety and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced panel/bumper replacement and heavy wreck repairs in a shop environment.
• Conduct structural frame repair, welding, epoxy/caulking, and related tasks.
• Assist and train Junior technicians; ensure accurate RO documentation and parts intake.
