Qualifications

• Six+ years of Commercial Controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
• Vocational School program graduate or associate degree in a technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical information.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and servicing of building control systems.
• Provide field proposals for retrofits, upgrades and enhancements to existing equipment.
• Mentor technicians and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
