Qualifications

• 6+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in healthcare payer environments.
• Hands-on TriZetto Facets experience in production environments.
• Strong understanding of health payer operations: claims, enrollment, eligibility, payments.
• Proficient SQL skills for data validation and issue troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting projects through full SDLC; able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication across business, development, QA and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis for enterprise initiatives involving TriZetto Facets.
• Document business requirements, functional specs, user stories, and workflows.
• Manage SDLC projects from intake to testing, deployment and stabilization.
• Support Facets functionality including claims, enrollment, eligibility, and payments.
• Perform SQL queries and data analysis to troubleshoot defects.
• Analyze EDI transactions and healthcare data exchanges (e.g., 834, 837, 835).
• Coordinate with developers, solution architects, and stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Investigate production incidents and perform root-cause analysis with internal/external teams.
• Facilitate workshops and agile ceremonies; support backlog refinement and UAT.
• Balance multiple initiatives with clear communication to leadership.
