Job summary

Columbus Technologies and Services seeks an experienced Application Systems Engineer to sustain TRIRIGA and MREF environments during migration to MAS. You will ensure operational continuity, performance, and user support across dual environments while coordinating upgrades and data validation.

You will contribute to configuration management, workflow updates, access management, and documentation to support ongoing MREF deployment for NASA facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of systems engineering or enterprise app support experience, including TRIRIGA, MREF, or Maximo/MAS.
• Hands-on TRIRIGA, MREF, or Maximo/MAS administration experience required.
• Experience supporting multi-environment (dev/test/stage/prod) architectures.
• Ability to diagnose application, database, and integration issues.
• Experience with upgrades, patches, and deployments in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational support for TRIRIGA and MREF across environments.
• Support migration and dual-environment operations during TRIRIGA to MREF migration.
• Maintain system performance and service levels without disruption during migration lifecycle.
• Monitor performance and coordinate with infrastructure or integration teams to resolve issues.
• Validate reports post-migration and support data integrity and QA efforts.
• Deliver daily administration for MREF requirements including CoF and FCA data.
