Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a qualified TRIRIGA Application Developer to support design, development, integration, upgrades, and testing of TRIRIGA in a US Federal Government environment. You will lead software development lifecycle activities, manage multiple server environments, review security vulnerabilities, and coordinate testing and deployment with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Seven years of TRIRIGA Developer experience.
• Experience with UX/UI development and data integration tools.
• Familiarity with TRIRIGA reporting (BIRT).
• Experience with IWMS/TIRIGA ecosystem and EAM/CMMS.
• Proficient with Confluence, SharePoint, GitHub/Bitbucket, Kanban.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with SQL Server/Oracle/DB2/MySQL.
• Proficiency in Java, C++, or C# and scripting languages.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, EKS, ECS.
• Experience with WebSphere, Tomcat, WildFly.
• Knowledge of federal DoD and IPD processes.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• US Citizenship and clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, integration, upgrade and configuration of TRIRIGA enhancements.
• Lead SDLC activities including performance analysis and testing.
• Provide operational guidance on server environments and cloud hosting.
• Review security vulnerabilities and coordinate test procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate technical solutions.
• Lead demonstration of technical solutions to customer stakeholders.
• Perform client interface and coordinate testing with government programs.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and system health monitoring.
