Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Relationship Manager for Triparty Collateral Management within its Securities Services organization in the US.

You will manage client coverage, grow incremental revenue, and partner with Sales to win new mandates while maintaining a strategic understanding of the client’s business and operating model. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a client facing role in Financial Services
• Strong executive presence with ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills for senior-level audiences
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex information to varied audiences
• Demonstrates partnership, assertiveness and ownership
• Experience with multiple functional areas (Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Sales)
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of client issues

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact and escalation point for clients and internal J.P. Morgan teams
• Maintains understanding of clients' operating model and market/regulatory impacts
• Identifies trends and opportunities to grow wallet share and win new mandates
• Conducts regular client reviews on service levels, market trends, and platform requirements
• Oversees performance against client expectations and disseminates insights internally
• Drives client satisfaction by improving service levels and efficiency
• Facilitates client presentations and training for new products/markets
• Leads client surveys and aggregates feedback for new solutions
• Supports Sales in expanding and retaining client relationships
