Job summary

Concept To Creation, LLC in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking an Experienced Trim Carpenter to join our high-end custom home building team. You will measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, casings, wainscoting, and more with an eye for flawless detail.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in trim/finish carpentry, expert technique, and the ability to read blueprints. We offer competitive hourly pay, PTO, retirement plan, overtime opportunities, and a team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional trim/finish carpentry experience.
• Expert finish woodworking techniques and precise measuring.
• Ability to handle compound miters, scribing, and coping.
• Own tools or willingness to supply them.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and install crown molding, baseboards, casings, and wainscoting.
• Hang doors, install hardware, and fit cabinetry or shelving.
• Read blueprints and project specs accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site and minimize waste.
