Qualifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
  • Experience equivalent to three years full time providing legal counsel in tribal/local government/corporate setting, including at least one year of trial work and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prosecutes cases involving Community Code violations in Ak-Chin Indian Community Court.
  • Prepares cases for prosecution; discusses resolutions with defense attorneys.
  • Interviews witnesses and police to build complete evidence for prosecution.
