Qualifications

• JD required and SC bar admission.
• Minimum 10 years of trial experience.
• Continuation education as applicable (CLE).

Responsibilities

• Case Preparation – manage trial prep, depositions, client interviews, investigations, and documentation.
• Case Trial – handle warrants for prosecution, present evidence, and seek guilty verdicts or negotiated pleas.
• Managerial duties – may assign cases to assistants and coordinate with senior officials to meet goals.
