Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Needham/Boston, MA seeks a Senior Manager, Trial Operations to lead Phase 3 clinical trial delivery from start-up to closeout.

This strategic yet hands-on role partners with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, CMC and external vendors to ensure high-quality study delivery on plan. You will drive vendor selection, site feasibility, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare designation (e.g., RN).
• 5-8 years clinical project/study management experience in pharma/biotech or CRO.
• Experience in trial operations oversight and Phase 3 study rollout.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical trial management leadership for multiple Phase 3 trials across therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated plans/docs for clinical trials.
• Lead planning for RFPs, CRO selection and contracting with internal teams.
